- Varied Teaching Approaches: Separate topics clearly, using varied teaching methods such as diagrams, interactive drawing on screen, custom exam questions, games, and step-by-step breakdowns with a focus on key concepts.
- Frequent Check-Ins: Regularly check in with the student, providing opportunities to ask questions and ensuring understanding after each topic.
- Exam Practice: Use exam questions from the student’s exam board to check learning and familiarize the student with the types of questions and expected answers.
- Reflection and Feedback: Conclude with a reflection session between tutor and student, discussing positive aspects and areas needing further development. This is an opportunity for the student to provide feedback, ask final questions, and discuss topics for the next lesson.
